Federal skilled workers are individuals with the ability to become economically established upon immigration to Canada.

Federal skilled workers are persons that:

Have a minimum of one continuous year of full-time or equivalent paid work experience in the past ten years - in one of the 29 new qualifying occupations; or have been living in Canada with legal status as a temp.

Foreign worker or an international student for at least one year. Qualify for Arranged Employment with a full-time permanent job offer with a Canadian employer.

Please take note - Canada Federal Skilled Worker (Professional) applicant must obtain a minimum of 67 points based on Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s (CIC) immigrations selection factors.
