Shirley Palmer-Hunt is the founder of SPH Immigration, a division of SPH Consultancy Inc. Shirley is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant, and a Full Member of the Canadian Association of Immigration Consultants.
Shirley achieved a Masters Degree in Developing Areas Studies, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Social and Professional Studies, Project Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
